Discounts:
14 days or more, 5% in Summer, Fall, Winter(*), and Pre-Christmas seasons
21 days or more, 10% in Summer, Fall, and Pre-Christmas seasons
28 days or more, 15% in Summer, Pre-Christmas, and Fall seasons
Prices are subject to Florida State Sales Tax (6% + 1%) and Collier County Tourist Tax (5%)
In addition to the daily rate:
Cleaning Fee $290, Briarwood Application and Booking Fees $100, Security Damage Deposit $500
Pool heating is included in the cost only in the Winter and Christmas seasons, with a pool water temperature of 85°F (29°C)
There will be an additional and optional charge for the pool water temperature of 90°F (32°C)
Pool heating is NOT included in the cost for other seasons; an additional charge may apply if requested
Maid Service Fee – $120 (optional)
All prices in US dollars, (*) Winter season – Xmas and March break excluded

(*) unless otherwise arranged, an extra charge may be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date, and
50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before the check-in date minus $100 cancellation fee.
We recommend travelers take Travel Insurance.
