It is also one of the rare gated communities in Naples that allows weekly rentals. Briarwood vacation renters have full access to the community facilities. It is a short walk, bike, or car ride from the house. It offers facilities such as pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, beach volleyball, soccer, play-structure for kids, clubhouse, parking, washrooms, and water fountain.
24/7 Gated Community
Although Briarwood Community is very safe, it does benefit from a 24-hour manned security gatehouse for your peace of mind. In addition, there is a security vehicle that constantly browses the community.
Club House
The Club House is used to host social events within the community. Renters can host and invite their friends to a party at the Club House.
Tennis and Pickle-ball Courts
The Briarwood community offers hard surface tennis and two pickle-ball courts. The courts are available to renters as well. We have tennis racquets and balls to brush up on your tennis skills.
